    So after a visit in the lab, The problem was fixed. It was the... Flexible Gimbal Flat Cable for Phantom 3 Professional. The cable was bad and had effected both video feed and pitch motor function. After the replace every thing work just fine. Thank you all

    so..the lab got back to me again they found the real root cause which is a bent shaft of the tilt motor of the 4K cam. they want too much for the fix. I figure i will do it myself. Does anyone have the model/link for the cam tilt motor? thanks

    just got the word...the pitch motor was cleaned and now working regarding the grainy noise when on video mode, the fix will be flat cable replacement
