We love the Pro Plus Controller but you need to take a picture of the Screen you stuck on as there to many pages and each one
has a few different swipes , its easy to get lost.

I would consider looking into getting a pro plus model to make it as easy as possible with the built in controller .
This can really be a blessing when it comes to keeping it simple.

I can think of two issues : One the V2 has a battery clip that is suppose to warn you of a loose battery but the clip can be very annoying,
The second thing is if your planning on getting the Plus Version meaning it comes with the Plus controller you going to find the Pro Plus more app...
Its best to remove when the drone is in a cool environment , Peel off slowly and than use the Goo Gone to really get the shine back .

So what I really try to Stress is how important it is to have some thing really smart and sensible to say to Nutters .
One of those things is that you Drone is available for Search and Rescue , what i do is post it on the neighborhood watch every week..

Considering you might have tried all of the above, the only other thing i can think of is that your Battery might be compromised and the intelligent flight might not be working 100%.
How old is the battery ? Have you updated them ?

Your Experience in the Rain is very limited at best compared to how many flights we have flown in the rain, the pouring rain, the hail, even the snow for that matter.
as we video record every flight and sometimes not a single drop of rain or snow even touches the Lens no matter how hard it is...
