very cool. but does it charge a mobile device while the device is in use and attached to the controller? that's what I'd want.
now if there was some way to charge the controller (and pass some of the charge to a connected mobile device) with an inexpensive USB charger, that would be a killer...
i knew i wanted an osmo ever since i first flew a phantom with a gimbal. however, i ended up with a zhiyun Z1 smooth C 3-axis gimbal for my iphone. it's basically the same as the gimbal you've linked but at a much lower price point. it's been fantastic. initially, i had to reset my horizons...
my standard also had a bit of a blurry left side of the frame. not as bad as yours, though. it's definitely a quality control issue. I'm not sure what would meet the threshold of being "too blurry" for DJI to send a replacement. but it's worth a try.
as long as you don't get into one of those zones. I live on the coast and our local beach is part of golden gate national park. but I have read from national park websites that the only real restrictions are that you cannot launch or land on the site or fly while there is emergency situations...
2.8.0 is the current GO app on iOS.
if pairing didn't help, get a replacement. you'll be glad that you get it replaced rather than just returning it. it's a lot of fun when it's working great!
