Have you tried to use both the googles and a regular mobile device with just you flying? Is that practical or must one have a second person?

Thank you for the specifics. I checked with Atanta Hobby. The guy said the v1 of the Dominator did not have HDMI input and was 4:3 aspect ratio but the Dominator v2 has both the HDMI input and the 16:9 display.

alokbhargava, would you provide some additional information about your recommendation? The Dominator HD has a 50 degree field of view while the Dominator v3 has a 30 degree field of view. Why do you recommend the dominator V3?

I wonder if it will have a zoom lens?

I wanted to be sure you got my message from Sunday: What does xxxxxx mean? Where are the libraries that I see in your video? The answer to these questions may help me to make it work. Also, have you tested this on a Windows 10 computer? Jim

As with any camera with a small sensor an important factor is lighting. The Vision + is not great in low light but in my opinion neither is the GoPro, even GoPro 4. Shooting in the daytime the Vision + produces good photos. You can shoot in RAW and it does great on a sunny day.

If I had to choose between 1080p/30 and 720p/60 I would go with 720p/60. But on the Vision Plus there is another choice -- 1080i/60. I know that it is interlaced. I know that it is not truly 60 fps. But in my experience it is way better than 1080p on the Phantom and comparable to 720p/60 but...
