I am, according to the flight map it stopped the flight path over the ocean. I don't know if it lost a blade or had a battery failure but I'm sure it went down in the water. It was out of my sight due to the sun.

I was flying my 3 standard and lost signal, initiated RTH on DJI app and it said return home failed. Tried this several times and same response. Tried toggling the switch several times to initiate RTH and same thing. Had to walk a ways down the road to regain signal and finally made it back...
