The exact contrary here, in France. Airport NFZ are never circular but they are much more extended in the axis of runways than the DJI's ones. The pure NFZ is always accompanied by restricted altitude zones on its sides. Moroeover there is a lot of small airports that are not listed in the DJI's...

Yes it has. But this works as long as your app receives infos (downlink) from the drone. In the case of our friend, here, this downlink was out well before the drone stopped flying in a Litchi mission.
