It's still better to attach one though just to make sure especially there's a lot of flyaway reported.

I've tried to attach a tracker to a P4 a Trackimo device and it works without affecting the drone. It weighs only 1.4 ounces though.

He didn't actually mention how long he edited the video but it's normal to take quite some time to edit such a nice video.

It is becoming a trend for some drone owners to attach GPS tracking device because of a lot of flyaways going on. The Tracking device should not affect the electronics of the drone. I use Trackimo which even have wifi and bluetooth capability on top of GSM/GPS tracking and I don't have any...

I'm not sure if it will work but I have read somewhere that Ipad mini2(Which is better than Ipad3) works really slow.
