The tablet said that the download was done in about 2 minutes but my PS3 continued to beep for over an hour. The reason that I let it go so long is because i was told to never shut down in the middle of an update. i finally shut everything down and rebooted. Everything has worked so far...

Just to add something new, i have a new Phantom battery from DJI fully charged, the DJI App is 3.1.2 and the firmware is 1.8.10. What is happening is once i fly, the firmware version when I check it after landing reverts back to 1.2.400+ and I do not know why!

I know there are hundreds of threads regarding tablets, but my question is, does my tablet need a Data service like ATT, Verizon etc? Or can i just hook up the tablet to the controller and use its WIFI through the remote control USB port?

How do I edit a video using the Dji go app? I selected the video to cut,then I tried the scissors, and the trash can but no cuts were made. It would not cut the video.

Thanks everyone, I found my problem, I was turning the camera off at take off . We thought the red circle was off not on.

The camera records when the machine is on the ground but as soon as it lifts off there is no more video recorded, only a black screen. The SD card has 55g remaining
