I just use my Spot Tracker attached to the carbon protection plate under my gimbal. Use it on my adventure bike, 4x4 and now the Phantom. Track and logs the flight path and "crash site" to within feet onto my iPhone for retrieval. Battery lasts for weeks without needing a charge.

I've just watched a YouTube video where a guy says if you leave the drone on while updating firmware to the controller all **** breaks loose. He says the fix is delete Dji go app from phone and reinstall as new and job done.... I'll give that a go.... Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots

Hi, The Motors on my DJI 3 standard won't start when I pull the levers down (as per user guide) on the controller. It will auto start and auto land but no manual operation. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots
