    Possibly a gimbal motor or cable. There are a few good videos on YouTube. if you're good at (or willing to try) small electronics, the individual motors can be found pretty cheap. Good luck! I fixed a broken P4 last winter, and it was satisfying.

    Which under $300 drone is the best?

    You may be able to find a used phantom or Mavic. I got a Phantom 3 Advanced for about that much, and it was a great first drone. Mavic minis should be available for around $300 used, or refurbished. Good luck!
