It appears 2g networks are being phased out here in the U.S. AT&T I believe is the last company to have a 2G network and they are shutting that down Jan 2017.
According, to Xexun the tk102-2 only works with 2G networks.
Looking for feedback on 3G gps trackers similar in size and function to...
Talked to DJI at CES. No way to downgrade battery firmware.
So, my options are trade batteries for an older version or upgrade my birds firmware from 1.08 to a newer one.
I think I'll opt for the former.
Trades anyone ?
Still won't work. Not sure how to downgrade battery either.
Also, not willing to upgrade my bird from 1.08. Haven't been following the forums so maybe a better upgrade is out there but 1.08 still works great for me.
Didn't work for me but thanks.
Would a battery firmware downgrade be the solution?
My bird is 1.08 but the battery was bought from dji a few months ago.
Is cell voltage of 3770 an indication that I shouldn't use it?
Also seems so subjective the amount of playability of the battery plastic wrap. Some have more play than others but how can you be sure that one is definitely a ticking time bomb paper weight ?
I've made the mistake of keeping my batteries charged 100% and storing them for months at a time.
Flew the other day with my 100% charged battery then when it got down to around 60% I started getting battery low alert and the bird started to auto descend.
See the photos of my batteries and...
100% charged then when it got down to around 60% I started getting battery low alert and the bird started to auto descend. This happened with 2 of the 4 batteries.
What's the most objective way to find out if you should discontinue using a battery?
The amount of swelling seems subjective.
Here's my 4 batteries. Let's say the closest one to the lamp is #1.
Which one(s) is swollen and should be discarded?
Interested in the fpvlr stage 2 mod. My concern is that it's going to be a pain to store the phantom after the mod in my goprofessional backpack. How much of a hassle is it setting up/storing your phantom vision plus with stage 2 kit installed with the goprofessional back pack?
