update - mmmm, seems the GPS does not work correctly using the original module. Took flight using GPS mode and the craft flew away in to trees and was completely uncontrollable after a few minutes of perfect flight. Frame damaged and waiting for replacement parts to test theory.

Thank you for developing this software. I can now use any battery on my Phantom2 flight controller without the need to modify the proprietary smart battery circuit of dead batteries or buy new ones. All of 7 of my smart batteries killed themselves by running completely flat while in storage...
