Both the Venom Pro Phantom 3 Quad Battery Charger and the Hitec Phantom X4 Charger charge each battery at 6 amps which with a 4480 mAh capacity Phantom 3 battery would be 1.25C charge rate. So as it stands now charging at 6A is the highest published charging rate that I can find.
