Mine has been the same. I rarely get over 1300 feet before I start to lose connection between phantom and the controller. I'm almost always flying in wide open spaces. Dissapointed in that distance so will be doing the stage 2 mod at some point soon. What should distance be with the stock antennas?

I got a replacement RE500 range extender for my vision. Trying to bind it and am having trouble. I turn it on, reset it and then can connect to it on my phone. When I go to the binding section in the app it won't allow me to scan the QR code. Just says that access to camera is explicitly denied...

Thanks Dirklod I did what you recommended and it seemed to work. I had to push fairly hard but it popped and then I could point it down as before. I'm not sure that it's working perfectly as I still hit the top of the camera just before I get to the top in the app but it's almost like it was...

So I have the Phantom 2 vision. My camera started acting up today. It now has very limited movement up and down. When I try to tilt it in the app it doesn't point down near as far as it did and seems to point higher up towards the props in its highest position. Any ideas? Thanks
