    DJI Go Disconnects from Controller

Available everywhere - Amazon, DJI etc. http://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Output-Module-White/dp/B013H9IRGY The install seems to be a simple matter of unscrewing the bottom part and replacing.

This is great news! Finally logic prevails....

I guess I don't follow. The B4UFLY app (FAA's beta) indicates that the 30-mile radius is "Flying prohibited". Not just restrictions. DJI doesnt seem to have disabled it in the SFRA yet, but I'm still not clear on what the regulations are. And to think the FAA app was supposed to make it...

New update from DJI on how they will support realtime dynamic NFZs in the next app/firmware update. Despite all the hysteria, I think it will be net positive for the industry. (Obviously in DJIs interests if they want to sell more drones). However I would expect that DC area is one that is...

    DJI Go Disconnects from Controller

Great tip, thanks. I didn't realize the HDMI module also replaces the USB port. As much as I hate to throw more money at fixing a problem DJI should fix....this might be the most meaningful thing to do. And I'll get HDMI out as a result.

Not sure what's going on but.... I'm a beta tester for FAAs new app B4UFly. And it looks like they have changed the 15m no fly zone around DC to almost 40 miles. It extends in the west almost to Gainesville and lees burg! DJI still doesn't recognize this and let's me fly in my area. Not...

    DJI Go Disconnects from Controller

Check out this video and the Long comment stream on it from all the people with the exact same problem. It is not related to firmware, it's not the cable, it's on both android and iOS. Please stop suggesting this. DJI is replacing the RC for at least one user. Seems like the only...

    DJI Go Disconnects from Controller

I'm skeptical that it's only the cables. I've the exact same issue described here. And very intermittently. Sometimes works fine at home and then when I get to the location, it doesn't connect. Usually takes a lot of power cycling and praying. As with you guys, once it actually...

    Testflight + B4UFly

Can someone help interpret this? It seems to be telling me that I can't fly period (red). Not just that notification is needed (orange) I thought the whole point of this app was to demystify the regulations, I've never been more confused. This is really laughable.

    Testflight + B4UFly

Ok I just got my invite and tried it out. Tells me I can't fly at home. It puts a much wider net around DC that extends about 40 miles radius not just 15-miles as indicated on DJIs site. Marked as SFRA. What the hell.

    Testflight + B4UFly

I signed up for this beta. And then on Oct 28, I got an email indicating I would be receiving an email from TestFlight in a "few hours". Still haven't received the email. Anyone else?

Latest IOS and DJO Go software.

Having the same problem after the upgrading the app. Both having really bad camera feed even at short range. And eventually also not being able to connect to the aircraft at all. I know the suggestion to try new cables sounds crazy (and likely isn't the root of the problem) but I can...

    Litchi for P3

thanks. I think it's a 2012 Nexus 7. And sure enough its pretty slow at plenty of other things as well. So, I guess I'm putting it back out on Craigslist. Any recommendations for a 7" or 8" Android tablet that is bright and fast enough for Litchi or Go?

    Litchi for P3

Why is Litchi so slow on a Nexus 7 ??? After having used my P3A with my iPhone 6plus for a while, finally bought a used Nexus 7 specifically so I could use Litchi. Love the app and the features and using it on the ground is generally fine. But when flying the screen response is horrendous -...

Here's a little video from my weekend in Deep Creek Lake in Western Maryland. An amazing place to fly. Particularly spectacular was the fog covers lake in the morning which practically begs you fly down (at negative altitude) into it. Excuse the shoddy camerawork.
