Ok thanks gonna look into it I just found out about the fsdo so gonna try them first....don't want to be wrong but I think there wrong at my altitude but like to know before hand...in my mind people cant own air space as long as I'm not flying low over 100 feet there's no pravicy issues but but...

Not sure of fsdo but will look into it thanks...I'm just looking into regulations...I do have some experience was in the military and flew in helos I know there about 100 feet or so above the house...main reason is the complaint works in the da'S office and I know about the blue wall my uncle...

Is there a regulations as but flying over private property in ma or federally. ..best I've seen was 100 feet, would like to know before I contest the cops...I know helicopters fly over my house lower than I fly my drone I fly around 300 feet can't see how that's an invasion of privacy any help...
