I wouldn't necessarily say that is exactly what he said.. It seemed to me he was saying with a larger market, more crashes are capable of happening. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I got from it.
They have repaired my Phantom 2 twice, they were terrific. It's a $99 base fee, plus the costs of parts, if any are needed. You won't be disappointed! :D

I completely understand what you're saying. The main issue is the lack of service they have given to the OP. I'm not here to argue with anyone, their faith and how they run their business is completely up to them.
