So I'm trying to see if it's a possibility to use vd goggles with the p3se. I asked litchi and they said the p3se is not supported yet. But I also read one post by someone that said it's works. Aanyone have experience with setting up vr goggles with the SE please let me know what you have tried...
I think itelite needs to give a few antennas to some long range pilots to post up there reviews and results also get more people interested
Why would one go this route when there's proven results elsewhere ?
Itelite if your reading this get some of these into some phantom pilots hands and let...
stop being so **** cheap guys a couple bucks for the man that came up with this idea is not asking too much
That being said I'd pay someone to mod my comptroller for me also
Re: Fpvlr stage 2 antenna couple questions need answers need
These routers with 100-200mw of power are not going to burn out, but if you are concerned with that you can just stick a whip antenna on one of the other ports, since not everyone will have a 50 ohm termination.
Re: Fpvlr stage 2 antenna couple questions need answers need
Good,
then we will see how it evolves as you get more flights under your belt, gain experience, seeing how you can get the best out of these, also changing location etc.
I'd say you can have a decent idea after 20-30 flights in 2-3...
Re: Fpvlr stage 2 antenna couple questions need answers need
now it looks pretty good, just your 5.8ghz helix is not on the same plane as the 2.4 helix by a little bit.
Do you have Phantom Vision or Phantom VIsion Plus?
Vision Plus has 2x the range of Phantom VIsion (non plus)
Re: Fpvlr stage 2 antenna couple questions need answers need
Hi Larry, could you please put a picture up of your pilot's side upgrade? This way we can see if there is anything you can improve on the pointing and setup.
Have you made the S-Bend in the coax of the 5.8GHz helix?
the 5.8 and 2.4...
Re: FPVLR antennas + wifi booster app = 2.6 mile distance fl
I remember Tony saying 80 degrees, so that leaves you with only 40 degrees up and 40 degrees down. and same thing for left and right.
The thing is that gain will not be the same at 40 degrees off center compared to when it's dead on...
Re: FPVLR antennas + wifi booster app = 2.6 mile distance fl
looks good,
I imagine you'll need somewhere between 10 and 20 degrees downward pointing. Being the max gain perfectly in the middle, you have a lot to gain there when you point those at you.
Re: FPVLR antennas + wifi booster app = 2.6 mile distance fl
you can probably put some carton behind the top side so it angles down a few degrees.
Did you max out, or was just a test run?
