Well I had contact from a sales rep asking to speak to me about my trial, i.e. turn it into a subscription. I politely replied explaining that whilst the service looks great, my experience has been less so due to this 3D model issue. I hope they can sort it soon!

I agree completely - they are UFO's and we are merely offering suggestions. One thing we are also doing is educating and helping others understand certain fundamentals such as relative velocity cannot be calculated without knowing something about said UFO, such as dimensions :)

If you are getting no lights at all on your battery regardless of whether or not it is inserted in the aircraft then you have a problem with the battery. it the battery fully charged, and did you see flashing lights during charging?
