I just did a flight in airplane mode with Lichi and the range was much better. 400'up and 350' out. I was getting solid video feed but control was dipping in the red. Might have to look into the Alpha antennas. I hear they outperform the Argtec by a large margin.

Interestingly enough, I was able to finally get 400' alt 100' out using Lichi. I tried the same flight with the Go app, and I got a low control signal warning at 100' alt. I quickly brought it down. I'm wondering if Lichi doesn't report low control signal as often as Go, or if there is an issue...

Where is the compass in the P2? I'm new at this DJI stuff, I coming over from the racing and acro side. I did built a racing 220 class quadcopter with a GPS/Compass. Because there is so much electrical noise on these things, keeping the compass clear of it all is next to impossible.

That's great to hear! I even started my own thread asking about the very same. I was so paranoid about interfering with the compass I taped one of the antennas to the side of the body. Looks like crap, but now I know its not a problem.
