I had the same problem a few weeks ago when I bought my shield. When I downloaded the App at the play store it wasn't the latest version. I had to go to the DJI site to get it. Not sure if this is your problem or not, but just make sure you have the latest app version.

eMax, I wear my Cinimizer's like you would reading glasses. Low on the nose so you can still have LOS and tap screen of Tablet as needed.
