I second the solder sucker, I used it, de-soldering braid and acid flux to get a real good clean mating surface. It is **** tricky but doable.

Sadly DJI really has the run on every other quadcopter company. We ***** and complain, but until we try the competition we just don't appreciate just how good the Phantoms are, even the P3S is better than any other quad at that price.
