    I would buy from a dealer and not DJI. It is difficult to get response from DJI. I bought mine from dealer and their techs have helped me with questions on two occasions. You will not get any support from a web seller i.e. eBay

    Cracked lens

    I did the same thing. Had a problem getting cracked lens off but finally did. Bought UV lens kit from B H Photo about $60 for 3 lenses. Received in couple days, all worked fine

    LED lights

    If your friend used the LED that was designed for the P3. I have one and it has a custom connector that slides over battery contacts after you thread it though the air vents. Has built in voltage reducer and on off switch. Looks great. Minimal drain on battery
