I've crashed my P1 more times than I can count. Most (perhaps all) are pilot error.
Surprisingly my Arris CM3000 gimbal has only sustained minor damage and still worked, until a few days ago.

Not sure what more you are looking for. I have a lipo charger in which I plug in the paraboard. I plug in up to 6 batteries (all the same) and charge them all at the same time. Pretty much RTC.
You need a charger with a "paraboard" or parallel charging board. Google something like "lipo paraboard" and you should find a million links.
I can charge 6 batteries at once with mine (they need to be the same model).
