I do not agree with shooting down the drone and am not siding with the individual at all. Based on other articles I've read I think the plaintiff is wanting the Feds to clarify some points. What constitutes airspace? 80 feet, 10 feet, 6 inches? There is also an increase in hovercrafts...

Thanks for the link. So much has been made about putting the registration numbers on the UAS but not as much discussion of actually having the certification card on you. The card itself doesn't even say it, only that it "represents a recognition of ownership"

The app works fine on my android tablet, but I prefer browsing this forum in Chrome. I can find things easier and it seems to be stable.

Ha, wish I could say that was my only vice! Now if only this cold and snow would move out so I can get airborne. Too much of a newb to venture out and take some winter shots. Thanks for the welcome!

Picked up a Vision 2 when my buddy upgraded. Previously played around with a Syma (when the same buddy upgraded). Looking forward to learning, flying and shooting some pics/vidoes.
