It is on CE mode I have previously tried FCC mode but it still loses connection around 300 feet.

I live about 12 miles from Heathrow airport but yesterday I was flying it about 20 miles away. So not really in a airport zone.

Thanks for all your kind comments though I still don't know what to do. I guess mostly though I just miss being able to fly my Phantom I found it really quite therapeutic at the weekends and a good destress after the working week. Will keep you updated on what happens next though. Cheers Mark
