I've had nothing but problems with my P3 Standard and it still sits disabled after replacing almost everything. Your best bet is to scrap yours and buy a different brand. Mine will be going in the trash can in another few days. I'm pretty disgusted with DJI. Just ridiculous.
[Update] Additional steps taken to troubleshoot:
1. I bought and installed an entirely new camera/gimbal assembly that included the upper Gimbal Top Circuit Board. Result = no improvement; still no telemetry or feedback signal.
2. Replaced the cable which connects the Top Gimbal...
Subject line says it all. Does anybody know of a supplier for new video boards? Helipad.com only has video boards for the Pro/Advanced. Haven't found any source for the Phantom Standard video boards.
Here is a source for the video board you're looking for. According to the Helipal website description, this board is the same on Professional (and) advanced models. Its the Standard model that is different, and happens to be the one I am in need of, but cannot find a source for.

New subscriber here. 1st post. I had a hard crash with the P3 Standard.
Twisted and tore the gimbal yaw arm completely off, tore the camera ribbon cable in half, compressed the landing gear - showing multiple cracks and yield marks on legs, ect.
I ordered parts and have rebuilt the gimbal...
