Phantom 2 with gimbal. Flew great out of the box, no problems. Attached the gimbal and went to the Phantom assistant. It wanted to upgrade to 3.8. Kept failing. Tried flying, lousy control. After several tries finally completed the upgrade. Drone lights start up solid red...never did this...
