Battery does not discharge for 10 days, unless you change this value. I have used batters that have been sitting for 5 days--3 of them, no problems. Have done this a number of times, no issues. They are at 97-99% when I use them. Always check the condition of the battery before each flight...
I just sent mine in for a cracked case. Took 1 week, including shipping time from AZ to CA. I would just sent it in. I have that case and i fold them sideways. no problems.
For sure if design problem, but in this case the drone landed on a car, and flipped off causing the crash. . I fail to see how that is a design problem!
If you buy a new car, crash it and then take it to the dealer for them to repair it or give you a new one.... What do you this your chances of that happening? you would not think of doing it would you... so why would you think DJI should fix it?
I'm shocked at the number of people saying its fine to lie, cheat, and be totally dishonest. What happened to being responsible for ones actions. Set an example for those around you and do the right thing... As for me, DJI has been a good company and stands behind their products. Do the right...

Just sent my 5 week old p3p back for repair.... FOR CASE CRACKS.... Yes outside of the cracks, it's been perfect... But cracks are a real problem and if you get them you have two options 1) keep flying and HOPE it does not fall out of the sky, 2) get it repaired. Count your blessings that...
Just sending in my P3P -- 5 weeks old -- for cracks. I must say DJI has been most helpful and fast to this point. No hassle of any kind. Had the RMA and return FedX label within 30 min. Said it would take 2-3 weeks, maybe sooner. I'm grounded for 3 weeks..... My son gets his new Inspire 1...
