litchi says it can go up to 6km in height. Today I went up to 1100m, and got back at 53% battery, so I don't think you could get up there anyway!

Since this has happened to me some times in different flight environments, urban, suburban and rural, my guess is that it is a bug of the android app and/or RC firmware. So it's up to dji to fix this.

I used my old S3 and was laggy, but ok. I upgraded though, mainly to increase screen real estate to 7"

The screen resolution is on the low side, but really had no problem with that. It does not feel like low spec at all. It is no retina but it is quite bright and clear. No noticeable lags also. Very cheap-good performance, just a bit on the heavy side, but got used to it.

I have used an old Samsung Galaxy IIIS, it worked OK with a bit of jerky low quality video, but then went and bought a Lenovo A7-10f for just 79€. I rooted the device and works like a charm

Two days ago, some swallow made a reconnaissance flight and just missed my P3, so I landed immediately. A week ago, in my country house where I repeatedly spotted hawks in the past, there was no air traffic at all while flying. Was really alarmed though!
