going to max alt does not mean you're breaking the law . as mentioned in my previous post if you follow terrain up a mounntain you can max out alt of 1640' and still be 400' off the ground

yes flights are supposed to be limited to 400' However when following terrain up you should be able to go to the 500m 1640' max as long as you stay 400' off the ground . easy to do in mountain states
