I had the exact same issue. I tried downgrading and upgrading a few times with the same problem. I then checked my DJI Assistant and saw there was an update. After I updated the assistant and upgraded the drone again it worked. However, I now have a new issue, with the new firmware in place...

I updated to the latest version of DJI Assistant and tried again. It now appears to be working correctly. I'm still not seeing PANO as an option.
