I keep getting a battery signal error on th go app when I open it. A/C battery page has, low battery warning 30%,voltage 0.00 V. I just got this back from DJI with new firmware update. Do I need to update battery if so where can I find that update

yes it was a Standard now on the way to DJI,after talking to them said to send it back. It will take about 4 weeks turn around. back to the Aerosky 350 for awhile

never flown, I got it this way right out of the box. tried updating the firmware thaught it might help firmware didn't update,SD card and go app. ready to send it back a forget everything

read the manual several times and watched the videos. nothing address the problem that I'm having.

I just got this Phantom 3 never flown right out of the box turned it on and all i get is constent beeping and no lights flashing. the gimbal moves and has a steady green light. anyone help
