Maybe its my SD card? I have a pretty crappy one at the moment. And yes i was shooting into the sun but i feel like it still happens when shooting away from the sun. Am i panning too fast?

Hi guys, I was flying my DJI PH3 Standard around today and noticed that my footage is really really poor compared to some of the drone footages produced by standards on youtube etc. am i doing something wrong to not get that clear and crisp footage? I will provide a photo below of the poor...
