16.36V is not a dramatically low voltage. The nominal (50%) voltage for a 4 cell lipo would be 3.7x4 which is 14.8V. At 16.36, each cell should still have 4.09V which is still acceptable. Your log doesn't show a sudden drop either, but an increase from 16.21 to 16.36...

I've found this guide to be pretty useful. It's for phantom II batteries but nothing much has changed. They say that if the battery is drained completely each time it would last about 50 cycles, whereas if its taken care of it should last about 150...
