Totally agree with you Robert, I bought mine new back in may 2015 with the firmware 1.19 and ever since that day I never updated drone, the radio and put my ipad air 2 on airplane mode, I can fly anywhere any height and distance with radio mod from Paul Schaefer in FL. AND NO geofencing warnings...

Thanks for the info,...I will stay with my Thunder Power 2100 Mah. Each weigh in at (197) and 24-25 mins flight time ...landing with 15% AND you don't have to buy and mod every time you cycle out you batteries....IMO Kevin

Yes, understood your point about flying on there land and take offs also. But if I live 1/2 mile away and take off on my land, and fly OVER there land,(which is the sky above) there can't do sh_t about it. THE FACTS....

1.19 hands down over 319 perfect fights since day one. speed, distance, no fly zones to worry about..... the more you upgrade, ..the more DJI takes away from you....

I really think firmware 1.19 has been the best so for ...imo the day I bought my p3p back in june 2015 , I kept the same firmware and turned all updates off and fly in airplane mode, making sure nothing gets into the bird, DJI GO APP, and the radio. As far as the new p4..... well, my p3p flys...

Yes both 3A Sunhans are still hooked up and on a calm night I get 25-26 mins with 10-12 % landing with battery,...also I have 60 led computer lights going on too. Kevin
