How are you trying to start, my Phantom will only start with both control levers on the TX pulled to the bottom and either to corners near each other or both far apart. eg., 7 o'clock and 5 o'clock or reverse. Hope this helps.....

If you are using a 2 mm hex key the tolerance could be too small, try a 5/64" if poss.

I have just bought an AEE SD19, and the specs look almost identical, except lens is f2.8 and zoom 5x. Hoping to fly it soon. Have taken some handheld shots as tests, and seem to be good for the price. UK £159.99p.

Received my AEE SD19 today, no time to fly with it. But reading the spec. The Wifi is on 2.8ghz, so hopefully this may be safe to use in flight. Though considering the claimed range (15M) will only be of use for starting video while in close range.
