If that is straight from the box, then that is normal. When you have a battery in and start the craft up the gimbal will align itself unless you feel you have another problem?

I'm sorry I don't have the link now but I watched a video where the presenter suggested we should let our batteries on the Phantom 3 cool right down after use before recharging them again, giving very good validation as to why. Just a thought? Now this might be a long shot and I'm in grave...

I'm in the UK and bought one from Ebay UK and then it came from China. I simply cannot fault it, even has a pocket on the outside which fits my 10" screen perfectly. Very well made, compact and above all, lightweight. Room for spare batteries and pockets inside for propellers etc. DJI...
