    Why is my battery at 93 percent and shows four bars but will not fly? It says damaged cell but 93 percent is still enough to fly. Is there a work around to get past the lock out?

    I have not used my P4P+ for about eight months and when I tried to turn it on with full batteries it will not start up. Can I reset it or is China in complete control?
