So, it seems the promotion is no longer available? I bought my P4 from the Apple Store, but now that link doesn't even work. I'm pissed because I just paid full price an extra battery less than 2 weeks ago... grrr...

Is there a way to update the aircraft firmware WITHOUT that USB adapter? I cannot find it anywhere! And I need to leave soon for a festival that I'm filming with my P4..... Is there any sort of workaround? Or do I have to go to a computer store and buy a mini-USB-to-female USB adapter?

I just picked up my new iPad Pro 12.9" last night, along with the Apple Pencil and a Zagg Slim Book keyboard case. Loving it so far... Haven't had a chance to use it with the Phantom yet, but will be doing a lot of filming this weekend.

That's what I'm thinking. I had a very close call, almost hitting a thin wire that I didn't even see until I watched the video back on a big screen. I never could have seen it on my iPhone, which is what I have been using so far. I plan to get a new iPad Pro, I'm just torn between the 12.9" or...

I plasti-dipped mine with white and then a couple coats of the "pearlizer" over that. Then painted the logo with gray paint. Looks OK I think... However, I made a mistake when I gave the surface a light "sanding" before spraying on the plasti-dip... I thought it would help keep the coating from...
