I tried playing it on my mac but I recorded it in a superior resolution that my mac could handle so I couldn't really tell if it was there too because of the lag. I downloaded the original video onto my phone through the app

For some reason my video footage glitches when I replay it, I downloaded it onto my phone and had the same problem. Anyone know why this is happening?
