Good information there!
I tried similar with a Phantom 3 Standard camera and gimbal with my camera-less Phantom 3 SE and can report back that even though the power seems to work fine, there appears to be no way to get the controller to bind to the drone once the power is on on both so I suspect...
OK - sounds like your WiFi repeater and your drone have become unbound and you need to rebind them
To do that follow these instructions
https://sites.google.com/view/binding-dji-phantom-2-vision/home
When you have the working again, then you will need to reflash your WiFi module to get the...
Just did a quick analysis of DroneVR and it's using a later SDK I would think as it makes an initial call to https://mydjiflight.dji.com/ and then follows this up with calls to https://flysafe-api.dji.com/
The response is over SSL with a GoDaddy certificate so I think won't help us with the...
So for anyone who might want to play along with getting Litchi for Phantom 2 Vision Plus working again, I ran NetCapture on my Android phone and then launched Litchi for P2V+ and looked for the call out to DJI to try and authenticate the application key and you can actually see the call it is...
I have a number of P2VP drones and yes you can still install the software and create an account to use it
I have two versions v1.0.59 and v1.0.61 and here are the links to where I found them

Yes I currently have a Phantom 3 Standard camera attached which works fine but one of the other forum members thought might be the issue. I don't know if the WiFi or radio frequencies or similar are different to cause that to not work
I have the same with my P3SE that it won't bind to the controller no matter what I do - would be interested if you solve your issue! My controller for reference is a GL358wD which I believe is the correct one for a P3SE and has a sticker on the back saying that the SSID is PHANTOM3SE etc
As I've had to flash mine a couple of times now, I wonder if there is a solution / work around where a simple CR2032 coin battery is added to the WiFi module power circuit with a diode to stop reverse charging, and this just provides a minimum amount of power to the circuit to stop the NAND...
Just for completeness here's a handy photo showing the differences between the 3 types of Phantom 3 motherboard
The SE doesn't appear to have the WiFi and compass (?) card mounted on the motherboard as the leads from the wires in the legs go out of the bottom of the drone towards where the...
Thanks - good to know and definitely didn't know that!
I also have a couple of Phantom 3 Standard drones with cameras that are working fine so I wonder if I could borrow one of the cameras from one of those, rig it up to the SE, bind the remote controller and the drone and then go back to my...
I picked up a cheap Phantom 3 SE (no camera) and it's matching controller and for the life of me I can't seem to get the controller to bind to the drone
I can activate the controller into 'chirpy bird' binding mode either by rolling the left gimbal to the bottom and flicking switch S2 backwards...
I have a similar issue with my Phantom 3 SE where it won't bind to it's controller
Can you take a photo of the grey cable you connected just so that I can verify I have that correctly connected on mine too?
Many thanks!
If you have the WiFi board now booting correctly then it should bind OK when powered up if everything is connected correctly. Binding is pretty hit and miss but if you reboot everything (phone included) then this seems to be the most likely way for it to work from my tests
