So can the P3 TX be a slave to inspire TX and vice versa? My buddy is getting an Inspire and I have a P3P. We were hoping he can fly his Inspire while I take pictures with my P3 TX.
Good on ya Mate! I purchased my one & only ~3 weeks ago and still frankly overwhelmed with all the information. For the amount of $ I spent on this thing my first flight was terrifying however I am going VERY slow with this and learn a lot with each flight. I'm just now getting familiar with how...
Perfect! I have read that (pgs 14-15?) and marked it up and was still not completely clear. I was saw where it stops ascending and heads Home immediately but it didn't say it does not descend (unless I missed something again) which was my concern. Maybe that's what Failsafe Illustration 5 RTH is...
Likewise if Home Point elevation is at El=0 and I fly my drone up and over the top of a cliff (still within line of sight) at El=200 and my Fail Safe is set at El =100 would it drop to the ground if I hit a Return to Home?
make sense. So using your example if I have the Fail Safe elevation at 100 ft then if I do a Return to Home the drone (ground elevation=0) will rise to elevation 300 ft (relative to it's location) and maintain that elevation until it gets back home correct?
Is the Failsafe Altitude (distance above ground) I input maintained by the drone relative to ground elevation at the location the Return to Home kicks in (and maintained throughout the return path?) or relative to the elevation of the home point?
Tough love - I get it bro. With all the ever changing minutia of detail scattered about it's quite understandable that one critical piece would slip through the cracks (read the posts). Starting out it's like taking a sip from a fire hydrant.
Anyway I'm good. I'll continue to get flamed until...
responses like this are discouraging to newbies like myself to the group. I've read and reread the manual, help guide, I highlight mark-up and watch videos multiple times and still learning. I ALSO read current and past posts on this discussion page to have a better understanding of what I am...
okay - I don't know how to interpret the replies to this post. My message a the top of the GO app says it's green and ready to fly. Manual notes says Solid Red is a critical error. Which is it and how to fix?
Great start already - I'll start looking. Thanks for the helpful pointers and promptness of your replies - I was beginning to struggle a little with buyers remorse. It's not so daunting anymore - Thanks!
It's a good group:)
