No, I sent in the drone under warrantee for repair on an unrelated RTH failure crash and they replaced it. (They tell you they repaired it but they really replaced it...)

His latest video (October 18th) has drone shots in it, but he still has the Mavic linked in the description equipment list... Did he get a replacement? Probably just didn't update his description after he lost it.

Just sent my P3S in for repairs. The minor damage was from a RTH failure over a month ago, and the flight record of the crash had since been overwritten. They repaired it for free. New central board, new RC board, and a bunch more small components. Repair was done within a week if them recieving...

Did some more testing and I found out that the DJI go app can control the camera settings and view pictures on the SD card, the only thing it cannot do is take pictures or video. I can only view the pictures in the edit tab, the button on the camera controls bar doesn't work, which is very odd...

No changes were made, no updates, no crashes, no new devices, hadn't tried litchi yet so thats not it... I have an IPhone 5s. Just flew it up one day and it wouldnt record. Odd indeed.

I already tried that, no change after reinstalling. Going to try rechecking for updates today. It is odd that Litchi can access the shutter perfectly but the official app cannot. Will keep looking for fixes, but It looks to be a problem with the app.

So from the information I see on youtube, the P3S controller fits in the P3A/P3P controller space with the clamp unscrewed. Thanks for your help though!

How big is the standard controller compared to the slot in the picture? Would one of those bags fit it if the clamp was unscrewed (easier than I thought)? I know going cheap isn't the best idea, but I don't have much spending money left, and I would like to get a spare battery with that money! :)

I have been looking very hard for a travel backpack for my P3S on Ebay or Amazon. All the bags I see do not have space for the phone clamp, or they are meant for the Pro/Adv phone clamp style. Does anyone know of any sub - $100 P3S backpacks on Ebay or Amazon? (Hard and soft are both fine) Thanks!
