That is what I was thinking. Just replacing the controller. I found a controller for a dji 3 pro for $30 bucks, but it did not work on my phantom model. The one you posted GL358wb is the correct one that I need.

I haven’t been able to find the correct model on google or YouTube. I have only found the ones with the larger flex ribbon cable that fits exactly in that opening. But this model uses a smaller cable, about 1/4 of the opening. Hard to pinpoint exactly how to reinstall it. :(. Im hoping someone...
