Thank you!

Thank you,
I plugged my transmitter and phantom into my computer and the transmitter controls are not moving on the screen. I have my transmitter plugged in via a usb port, it is on and charged. I go into the calibration mode of the phantom assist software, I press start, move my controls and they do not...
Just discovered a bigger problem. When I plug in my phantom 2 to my computer and try to do the calibration it does not work. After I press start I start moving the controls and nothing happens. I have a green light in the bottom left, the remote is powered up but i move the controls and nothing...

1. The transmitter is on.
2. The transmitter is fully charged.
3. I have plugged both the transmitter...
What is the name of a good repair shop in the Boston, MA / Cape Cod area? I am in the Boston / Cape Cod area and need someone to fix my drone. It flashes orange during calibration.
Thank you,
Jon
