that was my experience, but I havnt seen anyone else mention it though...

i have a hard time believing the p4pro with a 1 inch sensor and fixed lens takes better pictures than a x5 with a mft sensor and far superior lenses. I own both the x5r and p4p

as was stated before, there is word going around that the only way to get the ac to follow its path back home is if there is no connection to the rc.

id like to see the follow path home feature in action, but im not about to turn off my controler and hope it works...

someone on another forum mentioned that the follow the flight path home only works when there is no connection to the rc, and when the ac gets a signal, it will resume normal rth(oa off or on) ie a straight line back to the home point. if i underdstood correctly...

i also read low light can effect oa. it was pretty dark

well said, theres a lot to learn. while its always good practice to set your rth height, it would have been nice if it did follow its path out for sure... also it might have been too dark for object avoidance.

you did check the waters edge I hope. it may have landed there or close by...

check out the verifly app, i havnt used it, but you can pay / activate it for a day or less as needed I think. seems like a good idea to me.
