My mistake, have you removed the original receiver and antennas from the Phantom? The Lightbridge system has it's own control system for the Phantom making the original one redundant. This seemed to help me.

Have you removed the original FPV antennas and transmitter? There's nothing in the Lightbridge instructions about doing it, but that was my original problem.

Can anyone advise as to the potential benefit of mounting the LightBridge on top of a car or van so as to use the vehicle top as a ground plane? If there's a possible benefit, how far above the roof should the antennas be mounted?

According to the Lightbridge quick start guide, "HDMI and USB video output is mutually exclusive". If you need both a monitor and goggles, you're either going to have to use all HDMI or all SD.

Are you trying to use both HDMI and USB video output from the ground unit at the same time?
