For what it's worth, I updated my P3P and 3 batteries. Had no with the update, calibrated the IMU and gimbal, and the Phantom is flying fine. The About listing in the Go app is reflecting the correct Firmware revision of 1.09.0060. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.
Geert,
Thanks for the quick response. As I mentioned in my original post, the Parameter Unit is set to Imperial. I even tried changing it to Metric and back again, but it didn't fix the issue. Also my friend who has an iOS phone and the RTH Altitude does display in feet.
Rich,
Guess we'll have...
I have updated all the firmware, including batteries to the latest recent releases for my Phantom Vision (non-plus). My Android app is at version 1.0.54
When I look at the RTH Altitude setting in the app, it is reported in meters despite the fact I have the Parameter Units set to Imperial. All...
Interesting. I think I might have the exact same problem. I've just looked at every video I've taken during a Ground Station flight and the angles for each waypoint were greater than 90 degrees.
Next flight I'll be sure to keep the angles below 90 to see how the Phantom behaves.
I'll have to...
I've searched through many threads dealing with Ground Station and can't find anything related to what I've been experiencing. I apologize if I missed this issue elsewhere.
I have confirmed all firmware / software is up to date in both the vision and my Android.
I fly in NAZA mode - GPS...

Central board firmware updated to: v1.0.1.31
Major New Features:
a)
Fixed iOSD compatibility issues.
I've searched this forum for an answer before posting this. I hope I didn't miss something. My apologies if I did.
I recently connected my PV2 to the Assistant Software version 3.0 to verify Controller and IMU calibration. The assistant immediately downloaded and installed version 1.0.1.30...
For what it's worth, I too experienced this same problem today. I have the latest firmware / software installed. My phone is a Galaxy S3 running Android 4.3. Until today, my video feeds have been fine using 640x480 30fps. However today, at about 100ft, I would loose video. In my case the video...
Shrimpfarmer,
I don't mean to jump into the middle of this discussion, but I couldn't figure out how to get to you otherwise.
I'm a newbie to the whole R/C flying experience. I bought a Phantom 2 Vision and have been reading everything I can regarding it's use and behavior. I have a ton of...
