1. mini iosd installed inside.
2. nothing external to tape or velcro to quad, other than the camera and gimbal.
3. Wider and taller landing gear.
The Phantom 2 battery has a unique connector.I have not seen or heard anything that would allow you to get anything in there other than the phantom 2 battery. Probably the reason why its so expensive.
Tablet? Your best bet is to get an FPV setup. Tablet feed is only good for starting your gopro before take off. After that it shuts off and your flying in the blind. Theres a reason why everyone puts FPV setups on there Drones. Cost and reliability.
Do you have the go pro camera installed into the gimbal? Iv never tried it without the gopro installed but heard that you can burn out your motors doing so. Also the gimbal has a tiny light somewhere on the board. Make sure you see the red light on otherwide your not getting power to the gimbal.
Taking the props of is a breeze. You can do that without any tools sometimes. And putting them on is a tool less endeavor also. Those extra props looked to be a little expensive. They are much cheaper on ebay. I picked up 8 props 4 of each for about 35 bucks.

No they have the stick antennas. You can purchase clover leaf ones on ebay for real cheap though. You just have to know which connector you need. And you wont know that till you get it.

get the p2 and dont look back. the ease of use on it and pre wiring of everything also the batteries being able to just slide right in is such a nice plus over the p1
Thanks for the help. I will look to see if thats it and let you know. In anticipation of bad bearing ,i ordered some nice boca ceramic bearings anyways. Either way i will post my finding when i get my new bearings and have time to take the motor out.
